Shipping policy

Standard shipping time is 3–5 business days.

All products are shipped from Istanbul, Turkey.

Shipping costs for retail orders are generally covered by Siahe unless otherwise agreed before purchase. (Wholesale orders may differ — please contact us for details.)

Siahe collaborates with leading international couriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT. Our standard delivery term is “delivery at the buyer’s address.” Once your package is shipped, the tracking number will be shared with you (usually the next day).

Siahe is not responsible for delays or losses that may occur after the shipment leaves Istanbul and passes through Turkish customs. Any risk or responsibility during international transit belongs to the buyer.

Please note that your country’s customs authority may charge import taxes or duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
