Refund policy

No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the wrong item, color, or size was shipped. All sales are final.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where and how to ship your item. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified about the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

We do not accept returns without prior request or approval. Returns on sale items or gift cards are not eligible.
