Custom Duty and Tax

Please note that you may be required to pay customs duty, VAT, or import taxes upon the arrival of your order in your country. These fees are determined by the customs authorities of each country and are the buyer’s sole responsibility.

Velvetica ships through trusted international couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and TNT. Once your order arrives in your country, the courier company may contact you directly to request payment for any applicable duties or taxes before delivery. You will receive a detailed invoice outlining these fees, which are typically due within 1–2 weeks.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and courier handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These additional charges are beyond our control and vary depending on local regulations.

If a customer refuses to pay customs or import fees, resulting in the package being returned or destroyed, Velvetica will not issue a refund for the product or shipping costs. All sales are final.
